UNUM has drawn up a deed of compromise which can be used by parties that wish to solve their dispute through UNUM arbitration.

If arbitration was not agreed in advance in the concluded contract between the parties, parties can use this deed of comprimise to agree on arbitration under the UNUM arbitration rules as the manner to solve their dispute.
